From a picture taken by the artist at the Kew Gardens orchid conservatory. The size of the flower gave the artist the opportunity to study the shape and colour of the detail of the inside of these flowers. Acrylics on canvas stretched on hardboard. Owned by Mohammed Yalditzak in Istanbul Turkey. Bought at £1000. Size: 130cm wide by 90cm high.
